I have worked in mental health for over 15 years, and offer one to one, short and long-term counselling in London on a weekly basis.
I work with adults, adolescents (17+), students, seniors and organisations. My service is confidential and professional with a commitment to creating a safe, warm, thoughtful and transparent environment.
Each and every one of us is unique, which means that there isn’t ‘one approach’ that fits us all when it comes to therapy. My experience is wide-ranging, and I draw on a number of different approaches depending on your individual needs, and the time we have. I mostly work with clients face to face in offices around London, but can also accommodate some sessions online or over the telephone depending on your needs.
